It's Friday again, and I couldn't help but fix up this adorable gal I Heart Faces is featuring today!
SOOC:
All edits done on Picnik.com with Picnik Premium.
I bumped up the exposure and contrast, and raised the temperature a *lot*. I then cropped, sharpened, brightened her eyes, and messed around with curves a bit. The final product...
I'm really loving how this turned out!
And, of course, my customary black and white edit...
More lovely fixes at I Heart Faces...
What do you think?
I LOVE your first edit!
ReplyDeleteI love both of your edits! Wonderful job.:)
ReplyDeleteLove both!
ReplyDeletecuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute! (: love it!

I love your edits! They are so crisp and easy on the eyes :) Great job!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your edits, Hannah! Especially the first one! It looks so sparkling!
ReplyDeleteA question- in your B&W edit, how'd you make her tutu a faded pink but the rest completely uncolored?
Thank you, lovelies!
ReplyDeleteGuin,
Actually, all I did was fade the black and white around %5. Since the tutu was the only really bright thing in the photo, it seems to be the only thing you can tell has color to it. It rather surprised me, too:-)
Love,
Hannah
Very nicely done especially for picknik.
ReplyDeleteThank you for also visiting my website
Very good edit ~ Picnik is great isn't it :) I love the way you managed to leave a touch of pink in her skirt.
ReplyDeleteAnother way to do that (so you know for another time) is to use a very light eraser over the B&W in the areas where you want to pick out colour. :)
Great work.
Caroline,
ReplyDeleteYes, I've done that before, too! Thanks:)
