Just like my uber-creative (not) title up there says, I'm sharing a few favorite firework photos with you from the fourth.
Naturally, I don't get to take firework shots very often - well, only once a year:) - so it took a bit of getting used to for me. At times I had my shutter-speed too high, resulting in the squiggly-line effect, but when I lowered it, the colors wouldn't come out as well. Nevertheless, I acquired the following favorite captures...
{This one was supposed to go the other way, but for some reason it uploaded wrong. Thought I'd share it anyway, though...}
And sweet Megan from the little photo shoot that I did with her. I love the sunburst here:)
Which one is your favorite?
I hope that you all had a wonderful Independence Day, my dears!:-)
Love and Blessings,

Cool, I like the second one! You are so luck to get fireworks pictures.. I am hoping to get some today because we didn't get ours the 4th...it rained.
ReplyDeleteOh, beautiful! I am so jealous of your camera! We went to see fireworks this year but arrived at the last, like, three fireworks. I got ONE blurry picture!
ReplyDeleteHow come you have so many followers on a not-your-main-blog? I only have 13!
Oooh, so thats what I was doing wrong. I need learn how to adjust the shutter speed on my camera....hmm, maybe I need to open my camera's manual...
ReplyDeleteI love the photos!

ReplyDelete-- much love,

They're lovely! And the squiggly lines come from not using a tripod. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo cool! My favorite is the 2nd picture of the fireworks...it looks like a *huge* explosion! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Hannah! I love the second picture!
